New Venture Challenge Award Winners

In March of 2024, the Affix team was one of the Top 5 of 92 businesses competing in CU’s New Venture Challenge. Our founder Jamie was also an NVC Female Founders Finalist.

Affix was the first real estate product to be featured on the NVC stage. As such, the concept was tailored to better suit the venture capitalist audience. Please note that Affix has refined the concept further, and that some elements of this pitch (ie - ground lease strategy, example location used in the pitch) are not currently part of Affix’s MVP product.
